In the event you say have completed any of the following, you may be denied a new bank account:
one. Cashed a few bad checks
two. Failed to repay a bank loan
three. Currently are behind on checking account overdraft fees
four. Been convicted of bank fraud

The powers of technologies have wrought changes in the way financial organizations screen new checking account candidates. As you see, there is a massive range between the things that can get you in trouble with a bank. Cashing bad checks is common, while bank fraud is not. These things definitely don’t deserve the same punishment. Yet, banks treat a that commits fraud the same as a that has cashed a few bad checks or even has had a checking account closed down because of unpaid debts.

One time your name gets added to the banking blacklists (called the ChexSystems list), it’s much impossible to open up a new checking account with any of the major financial organizations. And these days, that means you will be blacklisted from 95% of the banks out there. This means if your account is closed down at bank, you will be unable to open up a new bank account with a very separate bank. This is a massive deal for people. How are you able to survive without a checking account in today’s modern world. Not basically that’s for positive.

Market Place Bank – http://www.marketplacebank.com/

Net Bank – http://www.netbank.com/

Centura – http://www.centura.com/

USE Credit Union – https://www.usecu.org/home/home – They are willing to look at your Chexsystems on a case by case basis. Your best chance is to make sure you pay all Chexsystems items off before applying to have the best chance.

Golden1 Credit Union – https://www.golden1.com/ – Also willing to work with you like USE Credit Union.

San Mateo Credit Union – http://www.smcu.org/

Bank of America – http://www.bankofamerica.com/ – Apparently, they are getting more lenient with Chexsystems reports. If your name is on Chexsystems because of BofA, you will not have a chance at opening a new account. Those who had problems with other banks have a chance with Bank of America. Also, it is beneficial to pay off all chexsystems items.

SunTrust – https://www.suntrust.com/

(Recording only-Instructions)

Once you receive your report from CHEXSYSTEMS, they provide you with an investigative form to investigate the items on your report.

Use this form, fill it out accordingly listing the items as not yours, and mail the form back. They will send you a new copy of your chexsystems report once their investigation is completed.

If nothing came off, simply do it again, and change the information stating that it belongs to someone else, and that it is not your item.

Simply continue this practice until the items are in fact removed from CHEXSYSTEMS.
